1. Accepted properties
Agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, tourist and development land, farms and estates located in Morocco and offered for sale.
2. Accurate information
Price, surface, location, legal status and features must be accurate. The pin and boundary must match the actual land.
3. Photos
Use your own photos of the property. Stock images, photos of another property and other sites’ watermarks are not allowed.
4. One listing per property
A property can only have one active listing. Duplicates are removed.
5. No contact details in the text
Phone numbers, emails and links are not allowed in the title and description: use the contact options provided.
6. Sanctions
A non-compliant listing may be rejected, put on hold pending information, or removed. Repeated breaches lead to account suspension.
