1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), the content of listings and requests, messages exchanged on the platform, documents provided for verification, and technical data (device, anonymised browsing statistics).
2. Purposes
Providing the service (publishing, search, messaging, alerts), reviewing listings, preventing fraud, ensuring security and, with your consent, sending you information about our services.
3. Ownership documents
Documents provided for verification are stored privately and only accessed by the verification team. Every access is logged. They are never published.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, email and SMS delivery, mapping) strictly to deliver the service.
5. Retention
Data is kept as long as needed for the service, then deleted or anonymised. Verification logs are kept for legal reasons.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, object and delete. You can exercise them from your account or via the Contact page. You may also contact the CNDP (Moroccan data protection authority).
