1. Level 1 — Reviewed listing
We check that the information is consistent, the photos are genuine, the location matches the satellite image, the boundary is plausible, and that there is no duplicate or prohibited content. The seller’s phone number is verified.
2. Level 2 — Documents verified
On top of level 1, the seller provided ownership documents (ownership certificate, adoul deed, cadastral plan…) that we reviewed: document type, consistency with the seller and the property, legibility.
3. What verification does not guarantee
Verification is not an official legal check. It does not replace consulting the land title at the Land Registry, the involvement of a notary or adouls, or a survey by a land surveyor.
4. Timing and decisions
We aim to make a first decision within 48 business hours: publication, a request for more information, or a reasoned rejection. Every decision is recorded.
5. Document confidentiality
Documents stay private, accessible only to the verification team, and every access is logged.
6. Appeals
You can appeal a decision through the Contact page; your file will be reviewed by another team member.
