Is browsing listings free?
Yes. Search, the map, favorites and alerts are free.
What does the “Reviewed listing” badge mean?
Our team checked the listing’s information, photos and location. The “Documents verified” badge also means ownership documents were reviewed. No badge replaces a title check by a notary or the Land Registry.
Are the boundaries shown on the map exact?
They are drawn by the seller and are indicative. For legal accuracy, ask for the cadastral plan or hire a land surveyor.
How do I contact a seller?
From the listing page: Aradi 24 messaging, WhatsApp or phone, depending on the seller’s preferences.
What is a buyer request?
You describe the land you want (type, place, surface, budget). We alert you when a listing matches, and sellers can offer you their properties without seeing your contact details.

How much does it cost to list?
Listing is free at launch.
How long does verification take?
We aim to give a first answer within 48 business hours. We may ask you for more information.
Who can see my documents?
Only our verification team. Documents are never published.
Can I hide the exact location of my land?
Yes. Choose “Approximate position”: the public sees an area of about 500 m and the boundary is hidden.
My land is not titled. Can I list it?
Yes, as long as its status is clearly stated (melkia, registration in progress…). Some categories, such as collective land, get stricter checks.
Legal status
What is the difference between titled land and melkia land?
Titled land is registered with the Land Registry: its land title is authoritative. Melkia land is not registered: ownership is proven by an adoul deed, which calls for deeper checks before buying.
Can a foreigner buy agricultural land?
Moroccan law strictly regulates the acquisition of agricultural land by foreigners. Ask a notary before making any commitment.
